پیش بینی نگرش به روابط فرازناشویی براساس میزان استفاده از شبکههای مجازی اجتماعی، ویژگی های شخصیتی و طرحوارههای ناسازگار اولیه در زنان

ملخص المقالة :
رابطه فرازناشویی بهعنوان یک تجربه ناراحتکننده و همچنین یکی از دلایل عمده طلاق و ازهمپاشیدگی زندگی زناشویی موضوعی است که زوج درمانگران مرتباً با آن مواجه میشوند. عوامل متعددی میتواند در این امر دخیل باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی نگرش به روابط فرازناشویی بر اساس میزان استفاده از شبکههای مجازی اجتماعی، ویژگیهای شخصیتی و الگوهای ناسازگار اولیه انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زوجین مراجعهکننده به کلینیکهای مشاوره شهر گنبد به تعداد 140 نفر بود که از این تعداد با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده 103 نفر انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه نگرش به روابط فرازناشویی مارک واتلی (2006)، فرم کوتاه الگو یانگ (1994)، پرسشنامه سنجش صفات پنجگانه شخصیتی نئو (1985) و پرسشنامه شبکههای اجتماعی مجردی و همکاران (1393) استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از ضریب همبستگی و تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که، همبستگی معنیداری بین میزان استفاده از شبکههای مجازی اجتماعی با نگرش به روابط فرازناشویی وجود دارد. همچنین بین روان رنجوری و توافق پذیری با نگرش به روابط فرازناشویی رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. بعلاوه همبستگی معنیداری بین الگوهای ناسازگار اولیه با نگرش به روابط فرازناشویی وجود دارد. بنابراین نظر به نتایج پژوهش امید میرود بتوان با آموزش مهارتهای لازم در خصوص میزان استفاده از شبکههای مجازی اجتماعی و همچنین بررسی ویژگیهای شخصیتی و الگوهای ناسازگار اولیه در مشاورههای پیش از ازدواج تا میزان زیادی پیشگیریهای لازم را به عمل آورد.
