اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر اختلال بدشکلی بدن و وزن زنان دارای اضافه وزن

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثربخشی درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر اختلال بدشکلی بدن و وزن زنان دارای اضافه وزن بود. روش این پژوهش از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون با گروه گواه است. نمونه مورد پژوهش شامل 40 نفر از زنان دارای اضافه وزن با شاخص توده بدنی بزرگتر از 30 در شهر تهران که به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. ابزار اندازه گیری پژوهش پرسشنامه مقیاس بدشکلی بدن یل و براون بود. جلسات درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد به صورت گروهی و در 8 جلسه 60 دقیقه ای و یک جلسه در هفته برگزار شد. در این مدت گروه گواه هیچگونه مداخله درمانی را دریافت نکردند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل کوواریانس و از نرم افزار 25.SPSS در سطح معناداری 05/0 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر اختلال بدشکلی بدن (001/0>P) و وزن (001/0>P) در زنان دارای اضافه وزن اثرگذار بوده است. به طور کلی نتایج حاکی از تأثیر معنادار یک دوره درمان مبتنی بر پذیرش و تعهد بر متغیرهای اختلال بدشکلی بدن و کاهش وزن در زنان دارای اضافه وزن بود و می توان از این روش برای درمان عصبی افراد دارای اضافه وزن استفاده کرد.
