نقش پیش بینی کننده حل مسأله و ادراک رفتار فداکارانه در پیش بینی سخت‌رویی خانوادگی در پرستاران زن متأهل

ملخص المقالة :
تحقق سلامت خانواده مشروط به سلامت روانی بین اعضای آن و داشتن روابط سالم و سازگار با یکدیگر به ویژه بین زوجین است. بر این اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر پیش بینی سخت رویی خانوادگی پرستاران زن متأهل بر اساس حل مسأله و ادراک رفتار فداکارانه بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه پرستاران زن متأهل بیمارستان های آموزشی شهر گرگان در سال 1400 بوده اند که تعداد 160 نفر به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از مقیاس سخت‌رویی خانوادگی ماریلین و همکاران (1996)، مقیاس حل مسأله هپنر و پترسون (1982) رفتارهای فداکارانه هارپر و فیگرس (2008) استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره نشان داد که بین اعتماد به حل مسأله، سبک گرایشی، کنترل شخصی و حل مسأله با سخت رویی خانوادگی رابطه منفی و معنی داری وجود دارد. بعلاوه، سخت رویی خانوادگی با ادراک رفتارهای فداکارانه رابطه مثبت و معنی داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد ادراک رفتارهای فداکارانه و حل مسأله به ترتیب بیشترین توانایی را برای پیش بینی سخت رویی خانوادگی دارند. بنابراین نظر به نتایج پژوهش امید می رود که متخصصین حوزه خانواده جهت افزایش سخت رویی خانوادگی به نقش حل مسآله و رفتارهای فداکارانه توجه نمایند
