اثر تمرینات ورزشی برایتونیک، ایروبیک و طناب زنی بر رشد اجتماعی و انگیزش مشارکتی در دختران 10 ساله خانواده های شهر تبریز

یکی از مهم ترین عوامل اثرگذار بر رشد، ارائه برنامه ی آموزشی مناسب رشدی است و شرکت منظم کودکان در فعالیت های بدنی برنامه ریزی شده می تواند برای حفظ سلامت آنها تاثیرگذار باشد. طرح ملی طناورز یکی از برنامه های وزارت آموزش و پرورش برای دانش آموزان ابتدایی است و بررسی آن در مقایسه با ورزش های جدید ضروری می باشد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر مقایسه اثر تمرینات برای تونیک، ایروبیک و طناب زنی بر رشد اجتماعی دختران 10 ساله شهر تبریز بود. به این منظور 80 دانش آموز بعد از تکمیل پرسشنامه ویژگی های فردی به صورت تصادفی خوشه ای از مناطق سه، چهار و پنج آموزش و پرورش شهر تبریز انتخاب و به 4 گروه (طناب زنی، برای تونیک، ایروبیک و گروه کنترل) تقسیم شدند. هر یک از گروه های آزمایشی، در 24 جلسه تمرینات مربوطه شرکت کردند و گروه کنترل فقط فعالیت های عادی روزانه داشتند. ابزار اندازه گیری آزمون رشد اجتماعی واینلند و پرسش نامه انگیزه مشارکت ورزشی ، سنجش ترکیب بدنی و سنجش آنتروپومتری بود. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که تمرینات برای تونیک و ایروبیک اثر معنی داری بر رشد اجتماعی کودکان داشت و طناب زنی اثر معنی داری نداشت و اثر برا ی تونیک بر رشد اجتماعی به طور معنی داری بیشتر از ایروبیک بود. هشت هفته تمرین برای تونیک، ایروبیک و طناب زنی ، انگیزش مشارکت ورزشی دختران 10 ساله را به طور معنی داری افزایش داد. اثر تمرینات برای تونیک و طناب زنی به طور معنی داری بیشتر از ایروبیک بود ، ولی بین اثر تمرینات برای تونیک و طناب زنی تفاوت معنی داری وجود نداشت.
