ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش ارائه الگوی نهادینه‌سازی برابری جنستی در ورزش ایران بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ روش-شناسی کیفی و از نوع نظریه داده بنیاد روش نظام‌مند بود. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش را صاحب‌نظران حوزه مدیریت ورزش زنان تشکیل می‌دادند. جهت نمونه‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند استفاده شد و نمونه‌گیری تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری ادامه پیدا کرد، براین مبنا تعداد 16 مصاحبه انجام گرفت. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و به‌منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از سه فرایند همپوش کدگذاری باز، کدگذاری محوری و کدگذاری نظری استفاده شد. با اقتباس از متن همه مصاحبه‌ها در مرحلۀ کدگذاری باز تعداد 213 مفهوم یا کد اولیه شناسایی شد که پس از تجمیع کدهای به 83 کد کاهش پیدا کرد. سپس در مرحله کدگذاری محوری با در نظر گرفتن قرابت معنایی مفاهیم شناسایی شده 21 مقولۀ فرعی تشکیل و در شرایط علی، زمینه-ای، مداخله‌گر، راهبردها و پیامدها دسته‌بندی شدند. بر مبنای نتایج تحقیق مشخص شد نهادینه‌سازی برابری جنسیتی موضوعی تک ساحتی نیست و برابری به‌عنوان یک ستاده تابع نهادهای مختلفی است که لازم مورد توجه دست‌اندرکاران مربوطه قرار گیرد.
