طراحی مدل ارتباطی استراتژی های مدیریت تعارض با رضایتمندی ورزشکاران تیم های ملی ناشنوایان ایران

ملخص المقالة :
هدف کلی پژوهش حاضرطراحی مدل ارتباطی استراتژی های مدیریت تعارض با رضایتمندی ورزشکاران تیم های ملی فدراسیون ورزش های ناشنوایان ایران بود . جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضررا کلیۀ ورزشکاران تیمهای ملی ناشنوایان ایران تشکیل داده است که تعداد آنها 220 ورزشکارمی باشدو نمونه آماری تحقیق را ورزشکاران منتخب تیم های ملی به تعداد 150 نفر تشکیل داده اند. دراین تحقیق از پرسش نامه های مدیریت تعارض رابینز (1998) و رضایتمندی ورزشکاران ریمروچلادورای (1998) استفاده شد . برای تجزیه وتحلیل دادهها و اولویت بندی وتعیین سبک غالب مدیریت تعارض ازآزمون فریدمن وبرای تعیین ارتباط بین متغیرها و میزان تاثیرگذاری متغیرها ضمن استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون از روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شده است همچنین از نرم افزارهای (اس پی اس اس و اسمارت پی ال اس) جهت انجام محاسبات وطراحی مدل استفاده شد.نتایج نشان می دهد که مربیان تیم های ملی ناشنوایان بیشترازاستراتژی عدم مقابله استفاده می کنند وسبک کنترل کمترین استفاده رادارد. از میان ابعاد رضایتمندی ورزشکاران ،بعد رضایت ازعملکردفردی دارای بالاترین میانگین وبعد رضایت ازعملکرد تیمی دارای کمترین میانگین می باشد . همچنین نتایج مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری نشان داد ضمن ارتباط سبک های مدیریت تعارض(2.81=t ، 0.68=f)بارضایتمندی ورزشکاران، استراتژی راه حل گرایی (2.64=t ، 0.46=f)واستراتژی عدم مقابله (2.78=t ، 0.32=f) با رضایتمندی ورزشکاران ارتباط مثبت و معناداردارند وبه ترتیب 46و32درصد بر رضایتمندی ورزشکاران تاثیرگذار هستند. براساس نتایج تحقیق زمانی که مربیان تیم های ملی ناشنوایان از استراتژی های راه حل گرایی وعدم مفابله استفاده می کننددر مدیریت تعارضات وایجاد رضایت مندی ورزشکاران موفق تر هستند.
