رابطهی بین رفتار و هویت اخلاقی: نقش میانجی سود روانشناختی و موقعیتی

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تبیین رابطه بین رفتار و هویت اخلاقی دانش آموزان دبیرستانی دوره متوسطه دوم با توجه به نقش میانجی سود روانشناختی و موقعیتی انجام شد.روششناسی پژوهش: روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. اندازه نمونه شامل تعداد 907 نفر (393 دختر و 514 پسر) دانش آموز دبیرستانی دوره متوسطه دوم در شهر همدان بودند که به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند و مقیاس های رفتار اخلاقی (دلفان بیرانوند و رشید، 1400)، هویت اخلاقی (آکینیو و رید، 2002)، و مقیاس سود (دلفان بیرانوند و رشید، 1400) را تکمیل کردند. داده ها با روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.یافته ها: نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها نشان داد که سود روانشناختی و موقعیتی در ارتباط بین ابعاد رفتار اخلاقی و ابعاد هویت اخلاقی نقش واسطه ای معناداری دارند.بحث و نتیجه گیری: برپایه نتایج این پژوهش می توان گفت که سود روانشناختی و موقعیتی می توانند به عنوان عوامل انجام رفتارهای اخلاقی از سوی افراد شناخته شوند. زیرا ارزیابی اینکه انجام رفتارهای اخلاقی مانند راستگویی، چقدر برای افراد سودآور است خود می تواند آنان را به انجام رفتارهای درست ترغیب کند.
