شناسایی مؤلفههای آموزش شایستگیمحور در هنرستانهای فنیحرفهای و کاردانش: مطالعه ترکیبی

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف کشف مؤلفههای آموزش شایستگیمحور در هنرستانهای فنیحرفهای و کار دانش انجام گرفت. این پژوهش از هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش آمیخته بود. مشارکتکنندگان در بخش کیفی شامل 15 صاحبنظر در حوزه تعلیموتربیت بودند که بهطور هدفمند انتخاب شدند که با آنها مصاحبههای نیمهساختاریافته صورت گرفت. سپس دادهها از طریق کدگذاری و تحلیلمضمون، تحلیل شدند. برای اعتبار دادهها از بازبینی مجدد توسط محققین، مشارکتکنندگان داخل و استادان بیرون از پژوهش و برای پایایی از ضریبتوافق بین کدگذاران و پایایی بازآزمون (78% و 82%) استفاده شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کمّی شامل 1373 نفر از دبیران و مدیران هنرستانهای فنی حرفهای و کاردانش استان قم بودند که با استفاده از نرمافزارsample power 273 نفر با روش نمونهگیری طبقهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محققساخته بر اساس یافتههای کیفی فاز اول بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی با دو شاخص CVI و CVR و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آمارهای توصیفی و استنباطی (تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تأییدی) از طریق نرمافزارهای SPSS24، Smart-PLS20 استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش مبتنی بر شایستگی دارای چهار مؤلفه دانش، مهارتهای علمی-کاربردی، مهارتهای ارتباطی و نگرش و عوامل تأثیرگذار عبارتند از: آموزشی، فرهنگی، اقدامات آموزشوپرورش و اقتصادی. برازش مدل پژوهش نیز نشان داد که مجموع عوامل شناساییشده توانستند 71/0متغیر شایستگی را پیشبینی کنند. در نهایت، مدل پیشنهادی از سطح برازش مناسبی برخوردار است (52/0=GOF).
