ملخص المقالة :
هدف: هدف کلی این تحقیق، تعیین رابطه سلامت سازمانی مدارس و سلامت انسانی با سرزندگی تحصیلی دانش آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شرق گیلان است. روش شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی انجام شد که در آن سلامت انسانی و سلامت سازمانی به عنوان متغیرهای پیش بین و سرزندگی تحصیلی به عنوان متغیر ملاک در نظر گرفته شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش آموزان دختر دوره دوم متوسطه شرق گیلان به تعداد 10392 نفر بود. با توجه به جدول کرجسی و مورگان 373 نفر به عنوان نمونه به روش تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از سه پرسشنامه سلامت انسانی محقق ساخته (Hedayati et al, 2021) با پایایی 96/0، پرسشنامه استاندارد سلامت سازمانی هوی و فیلدمن (1997) با پایایی 91/0 و پرسشنامه سرزندگی تحصیلی (Dehghanizadeh et al, 2014) با پایایی 80/0 استفاده شد که از روایی و پایایی مناسب برخوردار بودند. داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزارspss در سطح توصیفی و استنباطی، از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنف برای نرمال بودن داده ها و ضریب های همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام جهت آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که بین متغیرهای پیش بین و ملاک در این تحقیق، رابطه مستقیم وجود دارد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: در نتیجه می توان گفت که بین سلامت سازمانی مدارس و سلامت انسانی دانش آموزان با سرزندگی تحصیلی آنها رابطه وجود دارد. به طوری که اگر سلامت سازمانی در مدارس و سلامت انسانی در دانش آموزان افزایش یابد، سرزندگی تحصیلی دانش آموزان نیز افزایش می یابد.
