ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه کیفیت عملکرد دانشآموختگان چهار ساله دانشگاه فرهنگیان و دانشآموختگان دوره یک ساله مهارتآموزی(ماده 28) دانشگاه فرهنگیان خراسان شمالی از منظر مدیران و رهبران آموزشی براساس الگوی جان وایلز و جوزف باندی بود. روش پژوهش بر اساس هدف کاربردی و براساس روش گردآوری داده ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی و جامعه آماری شامل ۱۲5 نفر از فارغالتحصیلان دوره چهارساله دانشگاه فرهنگیان و ۱۶۵ نفر ازفارغ التحصیلان دوره یکساله (مهارتآموزی) دانشگاه فرهنگیان که در سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹۷ تا ۱۳۹۹ در مدارس ابتدایی استان خراسان شمالی مشغول به تدریس بودند. روش نمونه گیری تصادفیطبقهای بر اساس جدول مورگان 97 نفر فارغالتحصیل دوره چهارساله و 113 نفر فارغالتحصیل دوره یکساله انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامهی محقق ساخته بوده که توسط مدیران و راهبران آموزشی تکمیل و گردآوری شد و بعد از تأیید روایی، پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ 95/0 بهدست آمد. جهت تحلیل آماری داده ها از نرم افزارSPSS - V23 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد فارغالتحصیلان دوره چهارساله دانشگاه فرهنگیان در هر یک از شش مؤلفه ارزیابی عملکرد از دید جان وایلز و جوزف باندی (بهسازی و آموزش، رشد حرفهای،روابط انسانی، امور اداری، ارزشیابی، برنامه ریزی درسی) میانگین بالاتری نسبت به فارغالتحصیلان دوره یکساله (مهارت آموزی) این دانشگاه اخذ کردهاند. بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت کیفیت عملکرد فارغالتحصیلان دوره چهارساله دانشگاه فرهنگیان به نسبت فارغالتحصیلان دوره یکساله (مهارت آموزی) این دانشگاه بالاتر است.
