آزمون تبیین کننده رفتار سیاسی با رفتار منافقانه مبتنی بر معنویت و تفکر استراتژیک معلمان دوره متوسطه

مقدمه و هدف:هدف اصلی این پژوهش آزمون تبیین کننده رفتار سیاسی با رفتار منافقانه مبتنی بر معنویت و تفکر استراتژیک در بین معلمان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان ممسنی بود.روش شناسی پژوهش:روش تحقیق ازنظر ماهیت و محتوایی یک تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق کلیه معلمان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان ممسنی به تعداد 284 نفر بود.برای تعیین حجم نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده 165 نفر انتخاب شد.شیوه نمونه گیری در این پژوهش به صورت تصادفی ساده بود. در این پژوهش برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه رفتارهای منافقانه (دانایی فرد و همکاران؛1392)، پرسشنامه رفتارهای سیاسی دوبرین (1978)، پرسشنامه معنویت هال ادواردز (۱۹۸۶)و پرسشنامه تفکر استراتژیک گلدمن (2005) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، تحلیل رگرسیون و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. برای انجام این تجزیه و تحلیل ها، نرم افزار آماری SPSS21 و PLS بکار گرفته شد.یافته ها:یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد که بین رفتارهای سیاسی با رفتارهای منافقانه از طریق معنویت در بین معلمان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان ممسنی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین بین رفتارهای سیاسی با رفتارهای منافقانه از طریق تفکر استراتژیک در بین معلمان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان ممسنی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. و در نهایت مشخص گردید که الگوی مفهومی رفتارهای سیاسی با رفتارهای منافقانه از طریق معنویت و تفکر استراتژیک در بین معلمان مقطع متوسطه دوم شهرستان ممسنی از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است.بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به مناسب بودن مدل تحقیق حاضر، مناسب است از این مدل برای کارایی و اثربخشی هر چه بیشتر در جامعه هدف استفاده شود و متولیان امر به متغیرهای تحقیق توجه ویژه داشته باشند.
