ارزیابی عوامل بحرانی مدیریت دانص در کسب و کار های مبتنی بر پروشه با استفاده از مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری

امروزه سازمان هادریافته اندکه رمز ماندگاری در عرصه رقابت, پرداختنبه مقوله دانش و مدیریت صحیح آن می باشد. در عین حال بسیاری از سازمان هاء کسب و کار خود را برحسب پروژه ها سازماندهی می کنند. موققیت مدیریت دانش در سازمان هایمبتنی برپروژه بهدلیل ویژگی های متفاوت شان باسایر سازمان ها, مستلزم توجه به یک سری عوامل بحرانی موفقیت می باشد. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل بحرانی مدیریت دانش درکسب و کار هایمبتنی برپروژه و ارزیابی روابطبین آنهابااستفاده از مدل سازی ساختاریتفسیری می باشد. در این مطالعه؛ جامعهتحقیق تعدادی از مدیران پروژه هایصنعت خودرو سازی ایران بودهکهبااستفاده ازتکنیکدلفی و طی مدت ۲ ماه, نظرات آنها جمع آوری و تحلیل شده است.نتایج نشان می دهد عامل مدیریت بالاترین قدرتنفوذ و کمترینوابستگی را دربین ۸ عامل بحرانی دیگر شامل: ساختار سازمانی, فرهنگ متدولوژی مدیریت دانش, زیر ساخت های اطلاعاتی محتوای دانش مدیریت پروژه سازمانی انگیزش و پاداش و کارکنان دارد. شناختکلیه این عوامل و درک روابطبین آن هاء برای موفقیت مدیریت دانشدرکسب و کار هایمبتنی برپروژه امری ضروری است.
