پژوهشگران در سالهای اخیر مفهومی را با عنوان مدیریت کیفیت زنجیره تامین معرفی و توسعه دادهاند و از آن بهعنوان آخرین مرحله در حرکت به سوی مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر نام میبرند و بهعنوان یک رویکرد سیستمی برای بهبود عملکرد سازمانها تعریف میشود که فرصتهای ایجاد شده بهوسیلۀ ارتباطات پاییندست و بالادست با تامینکنندگان و مشتریان را در سازمان جاری میسازد. مقاله حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت زنجیره تامین بر عملکرد سازمانی با در نظر گرفتن نقش متغیرهای میانجی مدیریت کیفیت و مدیریت زنجیره تامین به رشته تحریر درآمده است و تلاش میکند پنج فرضیه را به آزمون بگذارد. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی- پیمایشی صورت گرفته و جامعۀ آماری آن به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده است. برای جمعآوری اطلاعات از یک پرسشنامۀ محققساخته متشکل از 27 سوال استفاده شد که 150 نفر به سوالات آن پاسخ دهند و پایایی آن نیز توسط نرمافزار SPSS، 990/0 محاسبه و از آنجائیکه دادهها نرمال بودند، برای تجزیهوتحلیل آنها از تحلیل عاملی تائیدی با استفاده از نرمافزار LISREL بهرهجویی شده است. عمدهترین نتایج پژوهش به این قرار است: متغیر زمینهای 92% بر مدیریت کیفیت و 90% بر مدیریت زنجیره تامین تاثیرگذار است. مدیریت کیفیت 83% بر کیفیت زنجیره تامین و مدیریت زنجیره تامین نیز 90% بر کیفیت زنجیره تامین تاثیرگذار است. کیفیت زنجیره تامین نیز 98% بر عملکرد سازمانی تاثیرگذار است.
