ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل و ارائه الگویی است که می تواند موجب موفقیت سرمایه گذاری در صنایع کوچک و متوسط گردیده و راهی نشان دهد تا از این پس کارآفرینان صنعتی با آگاهی بیشتری پای در این عرصه مهم اقتصادی بگذارند. این پژوهش، یک پژوهش کیفی بر اساس مصاحبه با 15 نفر از خبرگان صنعتی بخش های دولتی و خصوصی می باشد که پس از انجام مصاحبه و کدگذاری اولیه با استفاده از تحلیل مضمون (محتوا) ، از بین 215 کد اولیه، 5 مقوله اصلی پژوهش مشخص گردیده و با استفاده از رویکرد مدل سازی ساختاری – تفسیری (ISM) این مقوله ها در سطوح مختلف طبقه بندی شده و روابط بین آنها آشکارشد. نتایج بدست آمده نشان داد 5 گروه کلی از عوامل شامل : عوامل مدیریتی ،عوامل مرتبط با کارآفرین ، عوامل مرتبط با تولید ، عوامل بازار و عوامل محیطی در موفقیت صنایع کوچک و متوسط دخیل هستند که بر اساس الگوی بدست امده عوامل مرتبط با کارآفرین در پایین ترین سطح و در حقیقت سنگ بنای مدل بوده و عوامل مرتبط با محیط نقش واسط بین سه سطح مدل را دارد.این پژوهش به مدیران صنایع کوچک و متوسط کمک خواهد کرد تا با اندیشیدن تدابیر بهتر، ریسک سرمایه گذاری را کاهش داده و راه را برای رشد صنعتی و افزایش اشتغال در کشور هموارتر نمایند.
