ملخص المقالة :
صنعت خودرو یکی از مهمترین صنایع تولیدی در جهان به شمار میرود و در ایران نیز این صنعت به عنوان لوکومتیو صتایع دیگر شناخته میشود. با این حال محصولات این صنعت آثار مخربی بر روی محیط زیست دارند و امروزه جدای از نگاه سنتی به عملکرد سازمانها مسائل دیگری از قبیل مسائل زیست محیطی و اجتماعی نیز برای موفقیت سازمان با اهمیت شدهاند؛ به همین منظور وجود مدلی برای ارزیابی عملکرد تولید پایدار در این صنعت بسیار با اهمیت است. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی شاخصها و ارائه مدلی برای ارزیابی عملکرد تولید پایدار در صنعت خودروسازی ایران است. برای بررسی نظرات و انجام مصاحبهها در این پژوهش تعداد 10 نفر از خبرگان تراز اول صنعت خودرو به شیوه تصادفی انتخاب شدهاند. پژوهش در سه فاز اصلی شناسایی شاخصها با فراترکیب، غربالگری شاخصها با دلفی فازی و در نهایت مدلسازی به روش ساختاری تفسیری انجام گرفته است. پس از انجام دلفی فازی 5 معیار و 20 شاخص شناسایی شدند و در مرحله مدلسازی برنامههای آموزشی برای کارکنان و قابلیت اطمینان به عنوان سنگ بنای مدل و فرهنگ سازمانی به عنوان تاثیرپذیرترین شاخص شناسایی شد. با توجه به مدل توجه به تمام معیارهای شناسایی شده(اقتصادی، زیست محیطی-سبز، اجتماعی، مدیریتی و تکنولوژیکی) برای رسیدن به تولید پایدار امری ضروری است و باید از تمامی جنبه های مختلف دانشی در این مسیر بهره برد.
