ارائه مدل سیستماتیک ویژگی های محیط پرورش استعداد ورزشکاران پارالمپیکی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف: هنگامیکه با مسئله شناسایی و رشد استعدادها در ورزش برای ورزشکاران معلول روبرو میشویم، ضروری است این مسئله را مورد توجه قرار دهیم که ورزشهای معلولین با کارایی بالا به لحاظ کشف و رشد استعدادهای جدید اساساً متفاوت از ورزشهای افراد سالم هستند. عملکردهای فوقالعاده و موفقیت در ورزش معلولین و مهیا کردن محیطی برای پرورش استعدادها همانند ورزش غیرمعلولین به سادگی امکان پذیر نیست و موفقیت یا عدمموفقیت ورزشی به عواملی از جمله: اقتصادی، اجتماعی و منابع انسانی یک کشور بستگی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل سیستماتیک ویژگیهای محیط پرورش استعداد ورزشکاران پارالمپیکی انجام شده است.روششناسی: این پژوهش در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و با به کارگیری روش تحقیق داده بنیـاد انجـام گرفتـه است. شرکت کنندگان در این پژوهش، متخصصین رشته تربیت بدنی و علوم ورزشی، ورزشکاران قهرمان پارالمپیکی و جهانی و مربیان ورزش معلولین بودند که به صورت نمونهگیری هدفمند و نظری جهت مصاحبه نیمهساختار یافته انتخاب شدند و مصاحبهها تا مرحله اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. دادهها به طور همزمان با جمعآوری اطلاعات با استفاده از روش استراس و کوربین تحلیل گردید. مقبولیت دادهها براساس 5 معیار تایید شد.یافتهها: نتایج گویای آن است که 15 مقوله اصلی و 76 مقوله فرعی در قالب ابعاد 6 گانه مدل سیستماتیک شامل: 1- موجبات علی شامل 4 مقوله: عوامل فردی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و جامعه؛ 2- پدیده اصلی شامل 1 مقوله: رویکرد ویژه پرورش استعداد ورزش معلولین؛ 3- راهبرد شامل 2 مقوله: طراحی نظام مدیریت، راهبرد فرایند محور؛ 4- ویژگیهای زمینهای شامل 3 مقوله: برنامهریزی، حمایت، بسترحمایتی؛ 5- مداخله گر شامل 2 مقوله: عوامل زیرساختی، عوامل محیطی؛ 6-پیامد شامل3 مقوله: معلولیت موفقیتآمیز، قهرمانی، توسعه تواناییهای ورزش معلولین؛ مدل سیستماتیک ویژگیهای محیط پرورش استعداد ورزشکاران پارالمپیکی را تشکیل میدهند.نتیجهگیری: یکپارچهسازی مقوله ها بر مبنای روابط موجود بین آنهاحول محور محیط پرورش استعداد ورزشکاران پارالمپیکی شکل دهنده مدل سیستماتیک است که الگوی مدیران درگیر در امر محیط پرورش استعداد ورزشکاران پارالمپیکی را منعکس میکند.
