ارزیابی اثر سمیت سلولی عصاره اتانولی بابونه بر روی ردههای سلولی سرطان دهانه رحم و پستان

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و اهداف: سرطان یکی از مهمترین عوامل مرگ در جهان بوده و سرطانهای دهانه رحم (Hela) و پستان (MCF-7) از سرطانهای شایع در زنان است که آمار بالایی از ابتلا را به خود اختصاص داده است. یافتن داروهایی با منشأ طبیعی، ماندگاری بیشتر و عوارض کمتر تحقیقات را به استفاده از گیاهان دارویی برای درمان انواع سرطان سوق داده است. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی اثر عصاره اتانولی گیاه بابونه بر روی قابلیت حیات دو نوع رده سلولی سرطان پستان و سرطان دهانه رحم با استفاده از آزمون متیل تیازول تترازولیوم پرداخته است.مواد و روش ها: ردههای سلولی با غلظتهای مختلفی از عصاره اتانولی گیاه بابونه به مدت 48 ساعت تیمار شده و نتایج با در نظر گرفتن غلظت مهارکنندگی 50 درصد رشد سلولها گزارش شد.نتایج: غلظت مهارکنندگی 50 درصد رشد سلولها برای رده سلولی دهانه رحم، 1420 میکروگرم بر میلیلیتر و برای سلولهای سرطان پستان، 1760 میکروگرم بر میلیلیتر محاسبه شد. عصاره اتانولی بابونه بقاء سلولها را به روشی وابسته به دوز در هر دو رده سلولی کاهش داد و در صد مهار رشد هر دو رده سلولی با افزایش غلظت عصاره افزایش پیدا کرد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که سلولهای سرطان پستان نسبت به رده سلولی دهانه رحم در تیمار با عصاره بابونه مقاومتر هستند و عصاره بابونه بهعنوان یک کاندید ضد سرطان، در رده سلولی سرطان دهانه رحم مؤثرتر از رده سلولی سرطان پستان عمل میکند.
