تاثیر فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز درونی و بیرونی بر عملکرد شرکت

شرکت‌ها عمدتاً به دنبال به حداکثررساندن منافع اقتصادی در فرآیند مدیریت زنجیره تأمین هستند، در حالی که اثرات زیست‌محیطی ناشی از فعالیتهای تولید و عملیات را نادیده می‌گیرند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر فعالیتهای مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز درونی و بیرونی بر عملکرد شرکت انجام شد. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و برای گردآوری داده‌ها از ابزار پرسشنامه استاندارد بومی شده استفاده گردیده است. پرسشنامه تدوین شده در این پژوهش از دو بخش سوالات جمعیت‌شناختی و سوالات تخصصی تشکیل شده است. برای سنجش اعتبار محتوا پرسشنامه‌ای بین کارشناسان شرکت لوازم‌خانگی و خبرگان مربوط توزیع گردید که در آن، درباره سودمندبودن یا نبودن با توجه به متغیرها و هدف هر متغیر سوال شده است که از نسبت اعتبار محتوا استفاده گردید و تمامی نسبت‌های به دست آمده بالای 49/0 بود و برای سنجش پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ با کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شد و ضرایب بالاتر از 7/0 بود. مقادیر به دست آمده حاکی از آن است که ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری از روایی و پایایی خوبی برخوردارند. براي آناليز آماري داده‌هاي به دست آمده، از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS و PLS استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که سیستم سازمانی و تکنولوژی مدیریت بر ارتقا ارزش شرکت تأثیر دارد. مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز درونی بر مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز بیرونی تأثیر دارد. سیستم سازمانی و تکنولوژی مدیریت بر عملکرد شرکت تأثیر دارد. مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز بیرونی بر عملکرد شرکت تأثیر دارد.
