تحلیل استفاده پذیری فناوری بلاک چین در هوشمندسازی کسب وکارهای مجازی با رویکرد آینده پژوهی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل آینده پژوهی استفاده پذیری فناوری بلاکچین در هوشمندسازی کسب وکارهای مجازی است که به روش ترکیبی و از نوع طرحهای تحقیق آمیخته اکتشافی و در دو مرحله پیاپی كيفي کمي انجام گرفته است. در مرحله اول به مطالعه کیفی پرداخته، با بررسی و ارزیابی مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه بلاکچین و همچنین مصاحبه عمیق با خبرگان حوزه فناوری بلاکچین در کسبوکارهای مجازی که از سوابق اجرایی در سطوح تصمیمگیری برخوردار بودند، اطلاعات لازم جمعآوري و با استفاده از روش تحلیل گراندد تئوری، به کدگذاری و مقوله بندی و ارائه مدل مفهومی پرداخته شده است. مرحله دوم مطالعه، کمّی و به روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری است و بدین منظور دادههای جمعآوریشده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مبتنی بر مدل پیشنهادی (برآمده از فاز کیفی مطالعه) با استفاده از نرمافزار Smart PLS ارزیابی شده است. پس از بررسی و ارزیابی مطالعات داخلی و خارجی انجام شده در زمینه موضوع، با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه اكتشافي و نيمهساختاريافته، پرسشهای کیفی از جامعه آماری خبرگان پرسیده شد که پس از انجام 12 مصاحبه، اشباع نظری حاصل گردید. نتایج مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری حاکی از معنیدار بودن تاثیر متغیرهای حوزه ثبت نام، حوزه هویت، حوزه قراردادهای هوشمند، حوزه ثبت نام پویا، حوزه زیرساخت پرداخت و حوزه کاربردهای ترکیبی بر استفاده پذیری فناوری بلاکچین در هوشمندسازی کسب و کارهای مجازی می باشد.
