واکاوی تجارب معلمان از برنامۀ درسی اجراشدۀ مطالعات اجتماعی پایۀ ششم ابتدایی در بعد تربیت شهروندی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر واکاوی تجارب معلمان از برنامۀ درسی اجراشدۀ مطالعات اجتماعی پایۀ ششم ابتدایی در بعد تربیت شهروندی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر رویکردی، کیفی است که با راهبرد موردپژوهی انجام شده است. مشارکتکنندگان پژوهش شامل معلمان، معاونان و مدیران با بیش از ده سال سابقۀ تدریس بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند از نوع نمونهگیری معیار (ملاک محور) انتخاب شدند که با 36 نفر شامل 26 معلم، 5 معاون و 5 مدیر مدرسه مصاحبه شد. ابزارجمعآوری اطلاعات مصاحبۀ نیمه ساختمند بود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای حاصل از مصاحبه با استفاده از شیوۀ مقولهبندی وکدگذاری ابداعشده توسط گلیزر واستراوس انجام شد. برای روایی و اعتمادپذیری دادهها از معیارهای اطمینانپذیری، باورپذیری و آزمون اعتبار اعضا استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش بیانگر وجود چالشهای متعدد در زمینۀ اجرای برنامۀ درسی مطالعات اجتماعی از بعد تربیت شهروندی بود که نشان از غلبۀ رویکرد محافظهکار تربیت شهروندی در اجرای این برنامه دارد. بر این اساس، اتخاذ تصمیمات کلان در زمینۀ اجرای برنامۀ درسی و همچنین تغییر نوع نگرش و باورهای معلمان ضروری به نظر میرسد.
