ملخص المقالة :

هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی اثربخش کیفیت آموزش در واحدهای دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است. حوزه پژوهش در مرحلۀ اول تحقیق (رویکرد کیفی) 24 نفر از خبرگان حوزه آموزش بودند که به‌صورت هدفمند و با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. در مرحلۀ دوم (رویکرد کمی)، اساتید و کارشناسان آموزش دانشگاه‌ آزاد اسلامی شمال غرب ایران بودند که بر اساس جدول گرجسی و مورگان 196 نفر با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. روایی پرسشنامه‌ با استفاده از روایی محتوا تأیید و میزان پایایی نیز توسط آلفای کرونباخ 89/. محاسبه و تأیید شد. داده‌های تحقیق با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری به روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی مرتبة سوم به کمک نرم‌افزارهای آماری SPSS و PLS، تحلیل شدند. یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش کیفی در 3 بعد اصلی (عوامل مربوط به دانشجو، استاد و محیط)، 6 مؤلفه و 42 شاخص دسته‌بندی شدند. در مرحلة کمی نیز عوامل مربوط به استاد با ضریب تأثیر 90/0 اثرگذارترین مؤلفه‌ها را دارد و بعد از آن، عوامل مربوط به محیط با ضریب تأثیر 84/0 و عوامل مربوط به دانشجو با ضریب تأثیر 79/0 در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار گرفتند.
