اعتباریابی الگوی مفهومی کیفیتبخشی یادگیری الکترونیکی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه الگوی مفهومی کیفیتبخشی یادگیری الکترونیکی است و از روش آمیخته از نوع اسنادی تحلیلی و توصیفی پیمایشی و از طرح اکتشافی استفاده گردید. در پژوهش کیفی از بررسی پیشینه و الگوهای قبلی، کدگذاری و تکنیک دلفی استفاده و الگوی اولیه ارائه شد. در پژوهش کمی، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در بین 360 نفر اعضاء هیئتعلمی دانشگاه پیام نور اجرا گردید. تحلیل معادلات ساختاری الگو با نرمافزار pls بیانگر آلفای کرونباخ 35/83 است. مقدار پایایی مشترک متغیرهای الگو از مقدار متوسط واریانس استخراج شده بیشتر و مقادیر پایایی مرکب بزرگتر از 7/0 و مقدار متوسط واریانس استخراج شده بزرگتر از 5/0 است؛ لذا روایی و پایایی قابل قبول است. بررسی روایی واگرا با روش فورنل و لارکر بیانگر این است که میزان مقدار متوسط واریانس استخراج شده هر سازه بیشتر از واریانس اشتراکی بین آن سازه و سازههای دیگر و قابل قبول است. مقدار ملاک کلی برازش الگوی پژوهش حاضر برابر 40/0 است که نشاندهندة برازش مطلوب الگو و معناداری مسیر اثر هر سه متغیر تأثیرگذار بر کیفیتبخشی یادگیری الکترونیکی است.
