مقایسه اثربخشی درمان چشمانداز زمان و آموزش مثبتاندیشی بر بهزیستیذهنی، انعطافپذیریکنشی و انسجام روانی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو

ملخص المقالة :
هدف اصلی پژوهش، تعیین تفاوت اثربخشی و ماندگاری اثر درمان چشمانداز زمان و آموزش مثبتاندیشی بر بهزیستی ذهنی، انعطافپذیری کنشی و انسجام روانی در بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو بود. پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و مرحله پیگیری بعد از دو ماه بود. جامعه آماری کلیه بیماران مبتلا به دیابت نوع دو که به بنیاد پیشگیری و کنترل دیابت مشهد در تابستان 1399 مراجعه کرده بودند. دادهها با استفاده از مقیاس بهزیستی ذهنی (Keyes & Magyarmo, 2003)، پرسشنامه انعطافپذیری کنشی (Conover & Davidson, 2003) و پرسشنامه حس انسجام (Antonovsky, 1987) جمع آوری و با آزمون تحلیل کواریانس تحلیل شد. از 121 نفری که به صورت نمونه گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند 45 نفر تصادفی انتخاب و در 3 گروه 15 نفری جایگزین تصادفی شدند. دوگروه آزمایش درمان چشمانداز زمان و آموزش مثبتاندیشی 10 جلسه (90 دقیقه) درمانی دریافت و گروه کنترل مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. سپس مرحله پس آزمون و بعد 2 ماه پیگیری اجرا شد. نتایج نشان داد اثربخشی درمان چشمانداز زمان بر بهزیستی ذهنی (01/0p<) و انسجام روانی (01/0p<) بیشتر از انعطاف پذیری کنشی و اثربخشی آموزش مثبت اندیشی بر انعطافپذیری کنشی (01/0p<) بیشتر بود. همینطور، تفاوت آماری معنیداری در اثربخشی درمان چشم انداز زمان و آموزش مثبت اندیشی بر بهزیستی ذهنی، انعطافپذیری کنشی و انسجام روانی آزمودنیها در مرحله پیگیری وجود داشت (01/0p<).
