اثربخشی خانواده درمانی بوئن بر آزار عاطفی زنان متأهل

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی خانواده درمانی بوئن بر آزار عاطفی زنان متأهل شهرستان الیگودرز بود. روش پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون - پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان متأهل مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره خانواده شهرستان الیگودرز در سال 1398 بود. روش نمونه گیری از نوع داوطلبانه بود و 30 زن به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل (15 نفر) و آزمایش (15 نفر) جایگزین شدند. در این پژوهش به منظور جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه آزارعاطفی (Barahimi, 2008) استفاده شد. برای گروه آزمایش، 8 جلسه خانواده درمانی بوئن به مدت 90 دقیقه اجرا شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره و نرم افزارSPSS24 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که خانواده درمانی بوئن برکاهش آزار عاطفی زنان موثر بوده است(05/0>P). همچنین خانواده درمانی بوئن بر ابعاد آزار عاطفی (آزارکلامی، غفلت، سلطه گری و محدودیت اجتماعی) زنان موثر بود(05/0>P). بنابراین می توان این درمان را به عنوان روش مناسبی جهت کاهش آزار عاطفی زنان در مراکز مشاوره مورد استفاده قرار داد.
