ملخص المقالة :

در جامعۀ فرماندهان نیروی انتظامی، مسئولیت‌پذیری یکی از مسائلی است که نیازمند تقویت و توسعه است و شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر آن، می‌تواند در نحوۀ شکل‌دهی آن مفید باشد؛ این پژوهش به منظور پیش‌بینی نگرش نسبت به مسئولیت بر اساس حسّ انسجام و هوش اجتماعی انجام پذیرفت. این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی و جامعۀ آماری آن متشکل از کلیۀ فرماندهان نیروی انتظامی در سطح شهرستان‌ها بود که به صورت تصادفی ساده 82 نفر از آنها نمونه‌گیری شدند. از پرسشنامه‌های نگرش نسبت به مسئولیت(Salkovskis, 2000)، پرسشنامۀ حس انسجام(Antonovsky, 1987) و پرسشنامۀ هوش اجتماعی(Aung Tun Thet, 2008) استفاده شد و از شیوۀ تجزیه‌ و تحلیل اطلاعات رگرسیون چندمتغیرۀ گام ‌به‌گام استفاده شد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گام ‌به‌گام چندمتغیره نشان داد هوش اجتماعی و مؤلفۀ مهارپذیری از حس انسجام می‌توانند به صورت معنا‌داری نگرش نسبت به مسئولیت را پیش‌بینی نمایند(P<0.001). در جمع‌بندی می‌توان گفت هوش اجتماعی و حسّ انسجام به ‌عنوان مکمل یکدیگر در پیش‌بینی نگرش نسبت به مسئولیت نقش بازی می‌کنند؛ هوش اجتماعی با افزایش استرس و حسّ انسجام با افزایش اعتماد به نفس.
