تاثیر خودمهارگری بر بهزیستی هیجانی با میانجیگری شفقت خود و تنظیم هیجان در بیماران سرطانی

ملخص المقالة :
بیماری سرطان بر جنبه های مختلف کیفیت زندگی بیمار از جمله وضعیت روحی، روانی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی تاثیر دارد. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی مدل تاثیر خودمهارگری بر بهزیستی هیجانی با میانجی گری شفقت خود و تنظیم هیجان در بیماران سرطانی بود. روش اجرای این پژوهش توصیفی و طرح پژوهش همبستگی از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی بیماران سرطانی در سال 1399می باشد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 200 نفر(زن و مرد) از بیماران سرطانی در بیمارستان امام حسین(ع) شهر تهران بود که به شکل نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای جمع آوری داده از مقیاس خودمهارگریet al, 2004) (Tangney,، فرم کوتاه مقیاس شفقت خود (Raes et al, 2011)، پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجان Gross & John, 2003)) و مقیاس بهزیستی ذهنی (Keyes, & Magyar-Moe, 2003)استفاده گردید. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS26 و AMOS24 صورت گرفت. جهت تحلیل روابط واسطه ای نیز از روش بوت استرپ در برنامه MACRO پریچر و هایز (2008) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد خودمهارگری بر بهزیستی هیجانی اثر مستقیم و معنی دار دارد(p<0/008). همچنین، اثر مستقیم خودمهارگری بر شفقت خود معنادار بود(p<0/001)، اما اثر مستقیم خودمهارگری بر تنظیم هیجان معنادار نبود(p>0/05). اثرغیرمستقیم خودمهارگری بر بهزیستی هیجانی به واسطه شفقت خود معنی دار بود(p<0/001)، اما اثرغیرمستقیم خودمهارگری بر بهزیستی هیجانی به واسطه تنظیم هیجان معنی دار نبود(p>0/05). نتایج پژوهش برای متخصصان و روانشناسان حوزه سلامت تلویحات کاربردی داشته و می توان نتیجه گرفت که خودمهارگری به واسطه شفقت خود بر بهزیستی هیجانی بیماران سرطانی اثر دارد.
