مقایسۀ اثربخشی آموزش ذهنآگاهی نوجوانمحور با مداخلات روانشناسی مثبتنگر بر علائم داغدیدگی و پرخاشگری در نوجوانان داغدیده

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش مقایسۀ اثربخشی آموزش ذهنآگاهی نوجوانمحور با روانشناسی مثبتنگر بر علائم داغدیدگی و پرخاشگری در نوجوانان داغدیده بود . این پژوهش از نوع نیمهآزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل و دورۀ پیگیری بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل نوجوانان داغدیدۀ مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاورۀ آموزش و پرورش شهر شیراز در سال 97-1396 بودند. 24 نفر به شیوۀ نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب و با روش تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامههای سوگ (Dyregrov, 2001) و پرخاشگری (Buss & Perry, 1992) بود. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس با اندازهگیریهای مکرر تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد ذهنآگاهی نوجوانمحور و مداخلات روانشناسی مثبتنگر بر علائم داغدیدگی و پرخاشگری نوجوانان داغدیده مؤثر است(P<0/05) و گروه ذهنآگاهی نوجوانمحور تأثیر بیشتری از روانشناسی مثبتنگر داشته و تغییرات در طول زمان پایدار بوده است.
