مقایسۀ اثربخشی مدل بومیشده پذیرش و تعهد درمانی متمرکز بر شفقت با مدل غیربومی این درمان بر علائم اختلال استرس پس از سانحه در زنان

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش با هدف مقایسۀ اثربخشی مدل بومیشدۀ پذیرش و تعهد درمانی متمرکز بر شفقت با مدل غیربومی این درمان بر علائم اختلال استرس پس از سانحه در زنان صورت گرفت. روش این پژوهش آزمایشی و ازجمله طرحهای پیشآزمون-پسآزمون با دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه کنترل بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش همۀ زنان داوطلب مراجعهکننده به کلینیک آوای دوستی در بازۀ زمانی مهر تا دی ماه 1397 به تعداد 200 نفر بود که از طریق فراخوان به این پژوهش دعوت شدند. نمونۀ تحقیق شامل 42 نفر از بین داوطلبین ذکر شده بود که به روش هدفمند انتخاب و بهطور تصادفی به سه گروه تقسیم گردیدند. یکی از گروههای آزمایش تحت 8 جلسه درمان 120 دقیقهای مدل بومیشدۀ پذیرش و تعهد درمانی متمرکز بر شفقت قرار گرفت. گروه آزمایش دوم نیز این مداخله را با مدل غیربومیشده همین درمان دریافت نمود. گروه کنترل هیچ مداخلهای دریافت نکرد. بهمنظور سنجش داوطلبین از معیارهای DSM V برای تشخیص PTSD و پاسخ به پرسشنامه اختلال استرس پس از سانحه (Berislin, Lonner & Thorndike, 1973) استفاده شد. بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها، از آمار توصیفی، تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون تعقیبی سیداک استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد میانگین تغییرات در سه خرده مقیاس مشکل در ارتباط بین فردی، مشکل در مهار عاطفی و افسردگی در گروه تحت مداخله با مدل بومی بیشتر از مدل غیربومی است (05/0>P). در خرده مقیاس خاطرات رخنه کننده، چنین تفاوتی در گروههای آزمایش مشاهده نشد. همچنین هر دو گروه آزمایش تغییرات معناداری برای همه متغیرها نشان دادند که در گروه کنترل مشاهده نگردید (05/0>P).
