مقایسه اثربخشی برنامهی آموزش تقویت مقابلهی زوجی (CCET) و برنامهی آموزش مدیریت خانواده (Together) بر استرس زناشویی و رضایت زناشویی در زوجین

این پژوهش با هدف مقایسۀ اثربخشی برنامۀ آموزش تقویت مقابلۀ زوجی (CCET) و برنامۀ دوشادوش هم (Together) بر استرس زناشویی و رضایت زناشویی در زوجین انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش نیمهتجربی از نوع پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش عبارت است از کلیۀ والدین دانش آموزان مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان کلاچای در سال 1397 که از میان آن ها، 21 زوج با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و در سه گروه (دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه) به تصادف جایگزین شدند. ابزارهای مورداستفاده شامل پرسشنامههای رضایت زناشویی انریچ (Olson et al. 1987)، استرس زناشویی استکهلم – تهران (Orth-Gomer et al. 2000)، آموزش 8 جلسهی 2 ساعت و 15 دقیقهای برنامۀ تقویت مقابلۀ زوجی و آموزش 9 جلسهی 2 ساعته برنامۀ دوشادوش هم بودند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که برنامۀ آموزش تقویت مقابلۀ زوجی و برنامۀ آموزش دوشادوش هم موجب کاهش استرس زناشویی و افزایش رضایت زناشویی در زوجین می شود (05/0p<) که این تغییر پس از دو ماه پیگیری نیز پایدار شده و برنامۀ تقویت مقابلۀ زوجی اثربخشتر بوده است و میتوان از آن در مراکز مشاوره استفاده نمود.
