نقش عوامل شخصیت و رشد اخلاقی در پیشبینی همدلی هیجانی پرستاران

ملخص المقالة :
برقراری روابط همدلانه بین پرستاران و بیماران از مسائل مهم شغل خطیر پرستاری است که در بهبود بیماران نقش به سزایی دارد. پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش عوامل شخصیت و رشد اخلاقی در همدلی هیجانی پرستاران انجام شد. طرح تحقیق از نوع همبستگی و جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمام پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان کوثر سمنان در سال 1396 بود که 200نفرشرکت کننده به عنوان نمونه پژوهش به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای پرسشنامه های همدلی-هیجانی (Mehrabian&Epstein,1976)، پنج عاملی شخصیت (1992 (Costa & McCrae, و فرم کوتاه هدفمند رشد اخلاقی_ اجتماعی ((Gibbs & Bassinger & Fuller,1992 را تکمیل کردند. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS-25 نشان داد رشد اخلاقی، عوامل وجدان گرایی و روان رنجورخویی به ترتیب و به طور مثبت قادر به پیشبینی همدلی بودند(p≥0.05) و در مجموع 19 درصد از تغییرات همدلی را تبیین کردند. با توجه به اهمیت مؤلفه همدلی، نتایج این مطالعه میتواند در فرایند ارزیابی و بهکارگیری پرستاران مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.
