ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین رهبری اخلاقی، هویت سازمانی و معنویت در محیط کار با رفتارغیر اخلاقی به نفع سازمان با میانجی گری رضایت شغلی انجام گرفت. پژوهش حاضر از نوع رابطه ای (همبستگی) بود. جامعه پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه شهیدچمران اهواز بود که از میان آن ها 133 نفر به روش تصادفی طبقه ای بعنوان نمونه پژوهش حاضر انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه رهبری اخلاقی Brown et al.,(2005) ، پرسشنامه هویت سازمانیMael & Ashforth (1992) ، پرسشنامه معنویت در محیط کار Milliman et al. (2003)، پرسشنامه رفتار غیراخلاقی به نفع سازمان Umphress et al. (2010) و پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی Barry Fieldworth (1951) است. داده ها از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و با نرم افزارهای SPSS ویراست 23 و AMOS ویراست 23تحلیل شدند. تحلیل های مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری برازندگی الگوی پیشنهادی را تایید کرد. نتایج حاکی از رابطه ی مستقیم رهبری اخلاقی، هویت سازمانی و معنویت درمحیط کار و غیر مستقیم از طریق رضایت شغلی بر رفتارغیر اخلاقی به نفع سازمان بود.
