پیشبینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس شادکامی و کیفیت زندگی در زوجین شهر تهران

هدف از این پژوهش، پیشبینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس شادکامی و کیفیت زندگی در زوجین شهر تهران بود. طرح پژوهش، توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، همۀ زوجهای منطقه ۱۱ و ۱۲ شهر تهران در سال 97-96 بودند. تعداد 150 نفر (75 زن و 75 مرد) از طریق نمونهگیری در دسترس، برای پاسخگویی به سه پرسشنامۀ پژوهش، شامل مقیاس 29 سؤالی شادکامی آکسفورد (Hill & Argyll, 2002)، مقیاس 26 سؤالی کیفیت زندگی (World Health Organization, 1996) و مقیاس 47 سؤالی رضایتمندی زناشویی (Olson, 1997)، انتخاب شدند. بهمنظور تحلیل دادهها، از رگرسیون گامبهگام استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد، رابطۀ خطی بین متغیر رضایت زناشویی و مؤلفههای پیشبین، به لحاظ آماری معنیدار است (001/0 p<). به این معنی که شادکامی و کیفیت زندگی، قادر به پیشبینی رضایت زناشویی زوجین هستند (001/0 p<). همچنین، نتایج نشان دادند، متغیرهای کیفیت زندگی و شادکامی به ترتیب با انحراف معیار 26/0 و 15/0 میتوانند 6 درصد از واریانس رضایت زناشویی را پیشبینی کنند و متغیر کیفیت زندگی نقش بیشتر و شادکامی، نقش کمتری در پیشبینی رضایت زناشویی دارد. درنتیجه شادکامی و کیفیت زندگی، نقش بسزایی در پیشبینی رضایت زناشویی دارند. درواقع شادکامی و کیفیت زندگی، باعث افزایش مهارتهای زندگی زناشویی و به تبع آن، رضایت زناشویی میگردد؛ بنابراین در طراحی برنامههای آموزشی و درمانی مبتنی بر افزایش رضایت زناشویی، باید به شادکامی و کیفیت زندگی زوجین، توجه ویژهای، مبذول گردد.
