پیشبینی مهارتهای ارتباطی بر اساس ویژگیهای شخصیتی و خودپنداره

ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیشبینی مهارتهای ارتباطی بر اساس ویژگیهای شخصیتی و خودپنداره در دختران دانشجو انجام شد. پژوهش از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل دختران دانشجو مقطع کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد رودهن در نیمسال دوم 97 - 1396 به تعداد 1357 نفر بود.240 نفر بهصورت نمونهگیری تصادفی چندمرحلهای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامههای مهارتهای ارتباطی (Queendam, 2004)، ویژگیهای شخصیتی فرم کوتاه (NEO, 1992) و خودپنداره (Beck, 1990) بود. نتایج حاصل از روش همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیــری سلسلـهمراتبــی نشان داد خودپنــداره 4/21درصد (01/0p < ) واریانس مهارتهای ارتباطی را پیشبینی میکند. روانرنجـورخویـی رابطـه منفــی و معنــادار (05/0p < ، 171/0β=-) و برونگرایی (01/0p < ، 195/0β=)، با کمـی اغمـاض گشودگـی (069/0p=، 104/0β=) و باوجـدان بودن (05/0p < ، 164/0β=) رابطۀ مثبت و معنادار با مهارتهای ارتباطی دارند. بین ویژگی توافـقپذیری و مهارتهای ارتباطی رابطۀ معنیداری مشاهده نشد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد خودپنـداره به همراه ویژگیهای شخصیتـی میتوانند 5/33درصد از واریانس مهارتهای ارتباطی را تبیین کنند؛ بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت ویژگیهای شخصیتی و خودپنداره ازجمله عوامل مؤثر در پیشبینی مهارتهای ارتباطی دانشجویان به شمار میروند.
