رابطۀ درک رهبری اقتدارگرا و رفتارهای انحرافی کارکنان در محل کار با میانجیگری نقض قرارداد روانشناختی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این پژوهش، بررسی رابطۀ درک رهبری اقتدارگرا و رفتارهای انحرافی کارکنان در محل کار با میانجیگری نقض قرارداد روانشناختی در کارکنان سازمانهای دولتی استان لرستان بود. پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ نوع تحقیق، رابطهای و از نوع مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش تعداد 1317 نفر از کارکنان ادارات کل ستادی استان لرستان مستقر در شهر خرمآباد بودند، از این میان نمونهای به تعداد 297 نفر به روش تصادفی طبقهای از میان آنها انتخاب گردید. برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش از پرسشنامۀ رهبری اقتدارگرا (Shu, Chiang & Lu, 2018)، پرسشنامۀ نقض قرارداد روانشناختی (Robinson & Morrison, 2000) و پرسشنامه رفتارهای انحرافی در محل کار (Bennett & Robinson, 2000) استفاده شده است. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار Amos استفاده شده است. همچنین برای بررسی معنیداری اثر متغیر میانجی از آزمون سوبل به همراه آماره VIF که نشاندهندۀ شدت اثر غیرمستقیم از طریق متغیر میانجی است، استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشاندهندۀ آن است که رهبری اقتدارگرا بهصورت مستقیم با رفتارهای انحرافی و قرارداد روانشناختی رابطه مثبت و معنیداری دارد، همچنین نتایج نشاندهندۀ این بود که نقض قراردادهای روانشناختی، رابطۀ بین رهبری اقتدارگرا و رفتارهای انحرافی کارکنان را میانجیگری میکند (P<0/05).
