طراحی الگوی تابآوری استراتژیک مبتنی بر فناوری در کسبوکارهای نوپای بومگردی (مطالعه موردی: شهر بره سر)

مواجهه با چالشهای محیط کسبوکار، نیازمند قابلیتهایی است که از جمله مهمترین آنها، قابلیت تابآوری است. تابآوری قابلیتهایی به شرکتها میدهد که میتوانند با وجود شرایط نامطلوب به حیات خود ادامه دهد و رشد کند. از جمله کسبوکارهایی که در سالیان اخیر مورد توجه کارآفرینان و برنامهریزان توسعه قرار گرفته، بومگردی است. از آنجا که کسبوکارهای بومگردی همواره با چالشهای متعددی مواجهند، لذا ایجاد و توسعه ظرفیت تابآوری در آنها اهمیت پیدا میکند. بر این اساس، این پژوهش با هدف طراحی الگوی تابآوری استراتژیک مبتنی بر فناوری در کسبوکارهای نوپای بومگردی انجام شده است. پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهشهای کیفی میباشد که در آن با استفاده از روش نظریه داده بنیاد با تمرکز بر مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختاریافته با 18 نفر از خبرگان موضوع انجام شد. خبرگان و مطلعین کلیدی مشارکت کننده در این پژوهش شامل کارآفرینان، مدیران و اساتید و صاحبنظران حوزه بومگردی بودند. در انتهای این فرآیند، اعتمادپذیری و اعتبارسنجی الگوی طراحی شده توسط 8 نفر از اساتید ارزیابی شده و در نهایت مدل پیشنهادی با انجام اصلاحات لازم مورد تأیید این افراد قرار گرفت. در انتهای پژوهش نیز پیشنهادهایی معطوف به بهبود عملکرد و وضعیت تابآوری استراتژیک مبتنی بر فناوری در کسبوکارهای نوپای بوم-گردی ارائه شد.
