ارائه مدل مفهومی برای دستیابی به شهر آموزش¬دهنده با تأکید بر فرهنگ شهروندی (مورد پژوهی: فضاهای عمومی منتخب شهر تهران)

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: آگاهی از رفتارها و فرهنگ شهروندی و راهکارهای اعتلای آن نیازمند تأمین منابع آموزشی است. محیط که بهمثابه دانشگاهی برای شکلگیری بسیاری از ویژگیهای رفتاری است، میتواند بهعنوان منبع آموزشی بهکار رود؛ اما دانش موجود از مؤلفه کالبدی شهرهای آموزشدهنده بهاندازهای کاربردی نیست که این مؤلفه در فضاهای عمومی اسباب آموزشی کلاس فرهنگ شهروندی را فراهم آورد. براینمبنا تحقیق حاضر دارای اهداف تدوین معیارها، زیرمعیارها و شاخصهای مؤلفه کالبدی مؤثر بر شهر آموزشدهنده با تأکید بر فرهنگ شهروندی در فضاهای عمومی منتخب شهر تهران است.
روش بررسی: این پژوهش دارای شیوه تحلیل ترکیبی، با روش تحقيق بنیادی و از گونه تحلیل محتوای متن و توصيفي (پيمايشي) است. مقتبس از مبانی نظری و مصادیق و تجارب انجامشده، معیارهای پنج گانه شامل استفاده از هنر شهری (آموزش مسئولیتپذیری شهروندی)، بهکارگیری رسانه شهری (آموزش ترجیح منافع جمعی)، وجود محوطه تفریحی (آموزش مشارکت شهروندی)، برپایی محوطه مشاورهدهنده (آموزش قانونگرایی) و وجود فضای فرهنگی (آموزش حقوق فرهنگی) تعیین شد. جهت جمعآوری بخشی از دادههای موردنیاز با توزیع پرسشنامه به روش خوشهای و تصادفی ساده میان 384 نفر از شهروندان در فضاهای عمومی منتخب شهر تهران (با توجه به فرمول کوکران) در سال 1401، به مطالعه میدانی پرداخته شد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: معیارهای استفاده از هنر شهری (آموزش مسئولیتپذیری شهروندی)، بهکارگیری رسانه شهری (آموزش ترجیح منافع جمعی)، وجود محوطه تفریحی (آموزش مشارکت شهروندی)، برپایی محوطه مشاورهدهنده (آموزش قانونگرایی) و وجود فضای فرهنگی (آموزش حقوق فرهنگی) از مؤلفه کالبدی شهرهای آموزشدهنده در ارتقای فرهنگ شهروندی در فضاهای عمومی نقش بهسزایی ایفا میکند. مؤلفه کالبدی میتواند برآوردهکننده مسئولیت آموزشی که بر دوش شهرها نیز هست، باشد. این مؤلفه در شهرها همچون ابزار، از زندگی روزمره و همزیستی شهروندان مجال دسترسی به آموزش را میسر میسازند.
