شناسایی و تعیین عوامل اصلی در میزان اثرات زیستمحیطی محصول سبز با استفاده از رویکرد مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری (مطالعه موردی: صنعت لوازم بهداشتی استان قزوین)

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: امروزه مدیران صنایع تولیدی برای اینکه بتوانند میزان اثرات زیست محیطی محصولات خود را بهتر کنترل نمایند تا محصول سبز را با صرف زمان و هزینه کم تر تولید کنند، نیاز به شناسایی عوامل مؤثر و اصلی مراحل چرخه عمر محصول سبز دارند. به همین منظور، هدف اول این تحقیق این است که ابتدا عوامل مؤثر در ارزیابی اثرات زیستمحیطی محصولات بهداشتی در استان قزوین شناسایی شوند. در ادامه با استفاده از مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری[1] (ISM) آن عوامل مؤثر اولویتبندی گردند. روش بررسی: این روش، روشی کیفی است که هدف آن شناسایی و اولویتبندی عوامل اصلی اثرات زیستمحیطی محصول است. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از سطح بندی و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر اثرات زیست محیطی ناشی از تولید محصول سبز نشان داد که معیار شستشو یک معیار خودمختار است که وابستگی و قدرت نفوذ ناچیزی دارد. چهار معیار مربوط به مرحله ساخت و تولید محصول در گروه معیارهای وابسته قرار گرفتند که قدرت نفوذ ضعیف، اما وابستگی قوی با سیستم دارند. هم چنین، نتایج نشان داد که در ارزیابی اثرات زیستمحیطی محصول سبز هیچ معیاری در گروه معیارهای پیوندی قرار نگرفت. افزون بر این، نتایج نشان داد که معیار مواد شیمیایی، صابون، بازیافت مواد سمی، دفع مواد غیرسمی و هم چنین معیار بستهبندی جزو معیارهای اصلی به شمار می روند. بحث و نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج بهدستآمده توصیه میشود که مدیران صنایع تولیدی محصولات بهداشتی استان قزوین بهمنظور کاهش اثرات زیست محیطی محصولات، پنج معیار اصلی فوق را مدنظر قرار دهند و با دقت و مطالعه بیش تر در انتخاب مواد اولیه و نیز بازیافت و دفع مواد زاید و هم چنین نوع مواد و شکل بستهبندی از ورود محصولات بهداشتی ناسازگار با محیط زیست به بازار جلوگیری نمایند. 3- Interpretive Structural Modeling
