ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به تغییر الگوی چالشهای زیستی استان مرکزی در سه دهه اخیر و اولویت مدیریت بحرانهای محیطزیستی، بهرهگیری از ظرفیت سمنها به عنوان رویکردی کمهزینه و فراگیر ضرورت یافته است. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر به بازسازی معنایی قابلیت اثرگذاری سمنها در توسعه پایدار محیطزیستی استان مرکزی و پیامدهای آن به شیوه پژوهش زمینهای میپردازد.
روش بررسی: جامعه آماری دربردارنده همه فعالان سمنهای محیطزیستی استان مرکزی است که با نمونهگیری نظری با 30 نفر از آنها مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته انجام یافته است. در تحلیل مصاحبهها از شیوه نظاممند استراوس و کوربین بهره گرفته شده است.
یافتهها: از کدگذاری دادهها، 114 کد اولیه، 28 مقوله فرعی و 11 مقوله اصلی استخراج و در یک مدل پارادایمی شامل شرایط علی، مداخلهگر، زمینهای، راهبردها و پیامدها ارائه شد. شرایط علی شامل عوامل ساختار و عوامل کارگزاری، شرایط زمینهای شامل متغیرهای تجارب تلخ در سمنها و شبکه حمایت محیطزیستی و شرایط مداخلهگر شامل مدیریت دانش و فنآوری، آموزش و تبادل تجربه دستهبندی شدند. فعالان سمنهای محیطزیستی با راهبردهای سازمانی و تعامل با دولت سعی در اثرگذاری بر توسعه پایدار محیطزیستی دارند.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاکی است راهبردهای سازمانی در قالب نوآوری، تشویق فعالیتهای اقتصادی سبز و فعالیتهای نمادین و راهبردهای تعامل با دولت، از جمله امنیتزدایی از فعالیت سمنها، ورود در نهادهای تصمیمساز دولتی و حمایتگیری از نهادهای دولتی و مردمی موجب تسهیل دستیابی سمنهای محیطزیستی به اهداف خود در توسعه پایدار محیطزیستی میشود.
