ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف :توجه آموزش عالی و آموزش و پرورش به موضوع مدیریت سبز و آموزش همگانی حفظ محیط زیست نیاز مبرم جوامع در مواجهه با چالش ها و بحران های اساسی زیست محیطی بوده و برای نقش آفرینی و پیشرو بودن دانشگاه ها و مدارس در عرصه مسئولیت های اجتماعی برنامه ریزی و اقدام های فکورانه و پایه ای ضرورت دارد. دانشگاه فرهنگیان رکن اصلی تحول بنیادین در آموزش و پرورش باید نقش ارزشمندتر و متمایزتری از دیگر دانشگاه ها در ایجاد فرهنگ حامی محیط زیست ایفا نماید در این راستا هدف این پژوهش بررسی شیوه های تبدیل شدن دانشگاه فرهنگیان به دانشگاه سبز بوده است.روش بررسی: رویکرد پژوهش کیفی، روش تحقیق مطالعه موردی بوده و از همه منابع پیش بینی شده در تحقیق های موردی برای جمع آوری داده ها استفاده گردید. همچنین برای تحلیل داده ها از استراتژی تحلیل مضمون و برای جمع آوری و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار MAXQDA2018 استفاده گردید، این تحقیق در سال 1398 در دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام شده است.یافته ها: یافته های تحلیل مضامین 7 مضمون اصلی و فراگیر، 30 مضمون فرعی سازمان دهنده و 380 مضامین پایه را نمایان ساخت دانشگاه فرهنگیان برای رسیدن به اهداف دانشگاه سبز باید در 7 بعد (مضمون فراگیر و اصلی) آموزش و یادگیری؛ مشارکت و شبکه تعاملات اجتماعی؛ سسیستم مدیریت زیست محیطی؛ پژوهش، فناوری و نوآوری؛ رهبری و برنامه ریزی؛ نظارت، ارزیابی و گزارش دهی و مدیریت منابع انسانی و مالی اقدام نماید.بحث و نتیجه گیری: با بررسی یافته های پژوهش نتیجه گیری شد که پیوندهای آشکار کارکردهای اصلی دانشگاه یعنی آموزش، پژوهش و فعالیت های پایدار روزمره دانشگاه، با رهیافت کل دانشگاه برای توسعه پایداری زیست محیطی، مدیریت سبز و دانشگاه سبز، می تواند دانشجویان را به حفظ و احترام به محیط زیست در جهان واقعی و رسیدن به شهر سبز و جامعه سبز سوق دهد.
