ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: منطقه حفاظت شده می‌تواند زمینه‌های وسیع و گسترده‌ای را جهت توسعه صنعت گردش گری در اختیار دستگاه‌های برنامه‌ریزی، اجرایی و مردم محلی قرار دهد. در این پژوهش به شناسایی پتانسیل های گردش گری منطقه حفاظت شده اشترانکوه و ارایه راهکارهای مناسب جهت توسعه گردش گری پرداخته شده است.روش بررسی: با استفاده از مدل SWOT، پس از بازدیدهای میدانی، مصاحبه با کارشناسان و جوامع محلی، نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدید شناسایی شدند و در قالب پرسش نامه بین کارشناسان، محیط بانان و گردش گران توزیع شدند سپس وزن دهی و اولویت بندی معیارها و زیر معیارها توسط ماتریس AHP به منظور ارایه راهبردها در جهت توسعه گردش گری انجام شد.یافته ها: نقاط قوت با امتیاز وزنی 313/0، نقاط ضعف با امتیاز وزنی 376/0، فرصت ها با امتیاز وزنی 148/0، تهدیدها با امتیاز وزنی 163/0، ارزیابی گردید. برای تعیین استراتژی ها، راهبرد تدافعی با امتیاز وزنی 539/0 دارای بیش ترین امتیاز و راهبرد بازنگری، راهبرد تنوع و راهبرد تهاجمی به ترتیب در رتبه های بعدی قرار گرفتند.بحث و نتیجه گیری: وضعیت کنونی گردش گری منطقه حفاظت شده اشترانکوه با قابلیت ها و استعدادهای بالقوه ی آن تناسبی ندارد و برای حفاظت واقعی از این منطقه ضروری است گردش گری پایدار به صورت برنامه ریزی شده صورت گیرد.
