زمینه و هدف: امروزه به دلیل آگاهیهای رو به افزایش محیط زیستی، اغلب تولید کنندگان صنایع مختلف، از جمله صنعت خودرو توسط مصرف کنندگان، قوانین و الگوهای رقابت جهانی صنایع در سرتاسر جهان تحت فشار قرار گرفته اند و به دلیل افزایش این محرک ها، نوآوری سبز به یکی از ابزارهای استراتژیک مهم در جهت کسب توسعه پایدار در این صنعت تبدیل شده است. این امر در صنعت خودرو مستلزم تمرکز بر شناسائی و چگونگی توسعه توانایی های نوآوریهای سبز و اجرای ابتکارات و شیوه های نوآورانه سبز است. از این رو هدف از انجام این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل و شاخصهای کلیدی مؤثر بر ارتقای تواناییهای نوآوری سبز در صنعت خودرو است.روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر که در سال 1399 انجام گرفته، از حیث هدف کاربردی بوده و در پژوهشهای کیفی- کمی دستهبندی میگردد. جهت شناسایی عوامل کلیدی موثر بر ارتقای توانایی نوآوری سبز در صنعت خودرو با استفاده از مرور جامع ادبیات و پیشینه پژوهش و روش دلفی، از نظرات اساتید دانشگاه حوزه مدیریت تکنولوژی و نوآوری، مدیران و کارشناسان خبره صنعت خودروسازی کشور استفاده شده است. همچنین برای بررسی برازش مدل نظری پژوهش، روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با نرمافزار AMOS مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است.یافته ها: در این پژوهش 47 شاخص در قالب 12 عامل کلیدی در زمینه ارتقای تواناییهای نوآوری سبز در صنعت خودرو شناسائی و تأیید گردید.بحث و نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشاندهنده آن است که عوامل کلیدی فشار ذینفعان و الزامات قانونی، تحقیق و توسعه سبز، نوآوری محصول سبز و همکاریهای شبکهای پایدار به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را در ارتقای توانایی های نوآوری سبز در صنعت خودرو داشته که مدیران ارشد و سیاست گذاران صنعت خودرو می بایست به این دسته از توانایی ها توجه ویژه ای نمایند و در جهت تقویت این عوامل بکوشند.
