بررسی ارتباط غلظت فلزات سنگین (سرب و کادمیوم) در خاک و دانه گیاه گندم و ارزیابی ریسک ناشی از مصرف آن

ملخص المقالة :
چکیدهزمینه و هدف: در شهرک آسیابک زرندیه واقع در استان مرکزی، تخلیه فاضلاب تصیه نشده درفاصله 20 متری از زمین های زراعی گندم صورت می گیرد. تحقیق حاضر به هدف تعیین غلظت سرب و کادمیوم در خاکهای آلوده ،فاضلاب، آب آبیاری و گیاه گندم کشت شده در منطقه اطراف شهرک آسیابک و بررسی رابطه همبستگی بین آنها و ارزیابی ریسک احتمالی ناشی از مصرف گندم کشت شده دراین منطقه، صورت گرفته استروش بررسی: نمونه برداری از فاضلاب، آب آبیاری ، خاک سطحی وگندم به روش تصادفی انجام گرفت. غلظت سرب و کادمیوم در تمامی نمونه ها اندازه گیری شد. نتایج مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. از نرم افزار GIS نقشه پهنه بندی فلزات فوق در خاک منطقه تهیه گردید.یافته ها: میزان سرب و کادمیوم در نمونه خاک کمتر از حد مجاز و در گندم بیش از حد مجاز استاندارد ملی ایران بود.بین میزان عناصر سرب و کادمیوم در نمونه های گندم ،خاک و آب آبیاری همبستگی مثبت بسیار قوی وجود داشت. در حالیکه بین غلظت این عناصر در گندم و مقدار آنها در فاضلاب رابطه ای وجود نداشت.نتیجه گیری:عدم همبستگی بین غلظت عناصر سرب و کادمیوم در گندم و مقدار آنها در فاضلاب نشان می دهد،فاضلاب پخش شده در منطقه در روند افزایش غلظت سرب و کادمیوم در گندم تاثیری نداشته و احتمالا افزایش این فلزات در گندم مربوط به آب ابیاری(آب چاه) می باشد. شاخص ریسک(HQ) ناشی از مصرف گندم کوچکتر از یک بدست آمد. میزان سرب و کادمیم در گندم بیش از حد استاندارد بدست آمد.
