بررسی انتروویروسهای شیر آب مصرفی و آب چاه بوستانهای منتخب شهر تهران

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: مطالعات سرمشناسی تاکنون ۶۶ نوع انتروویروس انسانی را با استفاده از آنتیبادی آنها شناسایی کرده است. عفونتهای انتروویروسی غالبا بدون علامت هستند، لکن شاید به طیف متنوعی از بیماریهای کلینیکی منجر شوند. نظیر بیماری تب ملایم، بیماریهای شدید پوستی،معدهای-رودهای، تنفسی،قلبی-عروقی و سیستم مرکزی عصبی. تعدادی از کشورها افزون بر سیستم نظارت پولیومیلیت، برنامههای نظارت جامع برای انتروویروسهای غیرپولیو را نیز تدوین کردهاند. هدف اصلی از این مطالعه تحقیق درباره انتروویروسها در شیر آب مصرفی و آب چاه بوستانهای منتخب شهر تهران است.
روش بررسی: در این مطالعه آنالیزی نمونهها به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شد. نمونهها از شیر آب مصرفی 22 نمونه و آب چاه ۶ نمونه از بوستانهای منتخب در نواحی مختلف شهر تهران از تاریخ 15شهریور تا30 آبان 1398 تهیه شد. نمونهها در ظروف استریل براساس دستورالعمل روشهای استاندارد ملی جمعآوری شد. در این تحقیق انتروویروسها با استفاده از واکنش زنجیرهای پلیمراز (RT-PCR) ارزیابیشد.
یافته ها: این مطالعه میانگین انتروویروسها شیر آب مصرفی و آبچاه بوستانهای منتخب شهر تهران با روش RT-PCR بهترتیب85/0±18/0 و 63/1±1/0 را نشان داد. میانگین باکتریهای بشقابی هترتروفی شیر آب مصرفی و آب چاه بوستانهای منتخب شهر تهران با روش کشت R2A آگاربه ترتیب 05/3± 05/6 و 26/2±97/85 بدست آمد. افزایش دما و کدورت به افزایش باکتریهای بشقابی هترتروفی و انتروویروسها منجرمیشود.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: کاهش کلر باقیمانده آب در برخی نقاط به افزایش باکتریهای بشقابی هترتروفی و انتروویروسها منجر میشود. کنترل آلودگی و استراتژیهای پیشگیری به منظور کاهش ریسک حضور انتروویروسها برای تهیه منابع آب سالم به مقامات بهداشت عمومی پیشنهاد میشود.
