ارزیابی توان گیاه درمنه دشتی در گیاه پالایی سرب و نیکل در منطقه دفن پسماند محمدآباد قزوین

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: این پژوهش در مرکز دفن زباله محمدآباد قزوین با هدف بررسی تعیین غلظت فلزات سنگین (سرب و نیکل) در گیاه درمنه دشتی ((Artemisia sieberi و خاک منطقه صورت گرفت. روش بررسی: به منظور انجام مطالعه سه پلات استقرار یافت. در هر پلات از گیاه مورد مطالعه با ۱۰ تکرار نمونه برداری انجام گردید. همچنین ۱۰ نمونه از خاک نیز تهیه گردید. به منظور بررسی تفاوت معنی دار غلظت فلزات، داده ها مورد تجزیه واریانس دو طرفه برای گیاه و تجزیه واریانس یک طرفه برای خاک قرار گرفتند. برای مقایسه میانگین ها نیز از آزمون دانکن استفاده گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که خاک سه پلات از نظر غلظت فلزات تفاوت معنی داری ندارند. همچنین با انجام آزمون t غیرجفتی این نتیجه حاصل گردید که بین اندام هوایی و ریشه گونه از نظر غلظت سرب تفاوت معنی داری وجود ندارد اما از نظر غلظت نیکل این اختلاف در سطح ۵ درصد معنی دار گردید. میانگین غلظت سرب در اندام های هوایی و ریشه A.sieberi به ترتیب (mgkg-1) 35/2 و (mgkg-1) 19/3 و برای فلز نیکل (mgkg-1) 44/ 2و (mgkg-1) 99/ 2 می باشد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: فاکتورهای تجمع و انتقال نشان داد که گیاه مورد مطالعه با 33/0و10/1=BCF و 81/0و78/0=TF به ترتیب برای فلزات سرب و نیکل، برای پالایش فلز سرب از خاک های آلوده مناسب است.
