ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: از آن جا که کشور ایران در منطقه خشک و نیمه خشک جهان قرار دارد، تامین آب جزء چالش های مهم حال و آینده می باشد. بنابراین تصفیه مناسب فاضلاب که یکی از مهمترین راه حل ها در جهت رفع چالش کمبود آب است ضروری به نظر می رسد. هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر، بازیابی پساب صنعت روغن نباتی ورامین با رویکرد استحصال صنعتی و کشاورزی است. روش بررسی: در این راستا به منظور تصفیه فاضلاب کارخانه مورد مطالعه، اقدامات لازم جهت طراحی پایلوت آزمایشگاهی IFAS اتخاذ گردید و پساب خروجی جهت بررسی توانایی تصفیه فرآیند پیشنهادی، در زمان ماند های مختلف به پایلوت تزریق و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. پارامتر های مهم جهت استفاده مجدد در صنعت و همچنین پارامتر های مهم در استاندارد تخلیه به محیط و آبیاری مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشانگر آن است که مواد آلی و مواد مغذی مهمترین سهم را در آلودگی دارند. مشخصات پساب خروجی از پایلوت در تصفیه فاضلاب خام کارخانه، استاندارد مورد نیاز برای هیچ کدام از 4 گروه مصارف صنعتی را دارا نبود، در صورتی که مشخصات پساب خروجی از پایلوت در تصفیه پساب کارخانه، استاندارد مورد نیاز برای گروه های سوم و چهارم را دارد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به هدف این پژوهش و رویکرد مصرف پساب در حیطه صنعتی، کشاورزی و آبیاری می توان بیان نمود که روش IFAS یا تلفیق دو روش IFAS و انعقاد و لخته سازی به علت راندمان مناسب و هزینه کم راهبری و انعطاف بالا در برابر شوک های هیدرولیکی و آلی، گزینه مناسبی برای تصفیه فاضلاب کارخانه روغن نباتی ورامین است.
