ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: استفاده از آب در تمام صنایع امری رایج بوده و بدون وجود این ماده حیاتی انجام فعالیت های صنعتی غیر ممکن خواهد بود. از بین تمامی صنایع، صنایع پالایشگاهی جزو صنایع پر مصرف آب محسوب می شوند. حال با توجه به خشک سالی های اخیر، پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد تا ایده آل ترین منبع مصرف آب پالایشگاه گاز پارسیان را شناسایی کند. روش بررسی: رویکرد حاکم بر این مطالعه کمی و از نظر هدف در رده تحقیقات کاربردی قرار می گیرد. صاحب نظران و کارشناسان سازمان های مختلف استان فارس به عنوان پاسخ گویان مطالعه حاضر انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار تحلیل سلسله مراتبی Expert Choice و تکنیکAHP تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که در بین معیارهای سرمایه اجتماعی به ترتیب معیارهای انسجام اجتماعی، اعتماد، مسوولیت پذیری و مشارکت اولویت های اول تا چهارم را به خود اختصاص دادند. همچنین مناسب ترین گزینه در اولویت اول مدیریت مصرف آب ارزیابی شد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: هدف از مدیریت جامع منابع آب، ایجاد سیستمی است که ضمن ارتباط دادن متقابل مدیریت منابع آب با محیط زیست و توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی، از انعکاس و بازخورد آن ها بهره مند گردیده و در نهایت با مشارکت بخش های مختلف، تصمیم گیری های تخصیص و توسعه منابع آب صورت گیرد. لذا سیاست گذاری و برنامه ریزی مدیریت منابع آب بایستی با توجه به شناخت از ارتباطات متقابل آب و توسعه، امکانات و ابزار های مدیریتی، امکانات فنی و مالی و محدودیت های نظام اجتماعی و سیاسی جامعه شکل گرفته و تعریف شود که مطالعه ی حاضر می تواند آغازگر این مسیر باشد.
