طراحی الگوی آسیبشناسی استقرار فناوری اطلاعات سبز در بیمارستانها و مراکز درمانی

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: امروزه فناوری اطلاعات سبز بهعنوان یکی از عوامل کلیدی برای دستیابی به توسعه پایدار زیستمحیطی شناختهشده است. هدف از این مطالعه طراحی الگوی آسیبشناسی استقرار فناوری اطلاعات سبز در بیمارستانها و مراکز درمانی بود. روش پژوهش: این مطالعه ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر روششناسی بهصورت توصیفی- تحلیلی صورت پذیرفت که در ابتدا دادهها، با مرور مبانی نظری و نظرخواهی از خبرگان، چالشهای استقرار فناوری اطلاعات سبز در بیمارستانها و مراکز درمانی شناسایی شد. سپس از طریق روش دلفی مهمترین چالشهای استقرار فناوری اطلاعات سبز در بیمارستانها و مراکز درمانی مشخص و برای تجزیهوتحلیل اطلاعات نیز از مدلسازی تفسیری ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافتهها: پس از رسیدن اعضا پانل به توافق نظری در دو مرحله، 19 عامل بهمنظور تجزیهوتحلیل درروش مدلسازی تفسیری ساختاری استخراج گردید. نتایج مطالعه نشان میدهد که دو عامل عدمحمایت مالی دولت با ارائه تسهیلات مالی و نبود بودجه و اعتبارت کافی در سازمان برای استقرار فناوری اطلاعات سبز در کلیدیترین سطح عوامل مطالعه قرار میگیرند. بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که بیمارستانها و مراکز درمانی بدون حمایت دولت استطاعت استقرار زیرساختهای فناوری اطلاعات سبز و بهرهمندی از مزایای آن را نخواهد داشت. دولت میتواند در بعد حمایت مالی از بیمارستانها و مراکز درمانی در راستای خرید تجهیزات و سایر نیازمندیهای استقرار فناوری اطلاعات سبز مثمر ثمر واقع شود.
