مولفههای موثر بر ارتقا فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان تامین اجتماعی فیاض بخش

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه: یکی از چهار جزء اساسی هر سازمانی فرهنگ آن است. هدف این پژوهش تعیین مولفههای موثر بر ارتقا فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان تامین اجتماعی فیاض بخش بود. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری پرستاران بیمارستان فیاض بخش به تعداد 345 و نمونه آماری 181 نفر بود . ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه HSOPSC بود که در مطالعات پیشین روایی آن با روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی (0/96=GFI) و پایایی آن با آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (0/82=α) تایید شده بود. دادهها با آمار توصیفی و آزمون t تک نمونهای و نرمافزار SPSS22 تحلیل شد. یافتهها: مطابق یافته های پژوهش در بیمارستان فیاض بخش، مولفههای کارتیمی درون واحدی (00/0=p و 06/27=t)، انتظارات و اقدامات مدیریت (00/0=p و 14/12=t)، درک کلی از ایمنی بیمار (0/00=p و 6/56=t)، مسایل مر بوط به کارکنان (0/00=p و 3/81=t)، کار تیمی ما بین واحد های سازمانی (0/00=p و 9/78=t) و تبادل و انتقال اطلاعات (0/00=p و 11/47=t) در ارتقای فرهنگ ایمنی موثر است و همچنین مولفههای یادگیری سازمانی (0/100=p و 1/65=t)، حمایت مدیریت از ایمنی بیمار (0/00=p و 11/25-=t)، ارتباطات و ارایه باز خورد در مورد خطا(0/289=p و 061/063-=t)، تناوب گزارش دهی رخدادها(0/059=p و 901/90-=t)، باز بودن مجاری ارتباطی (0/00=p و 4/219-=t) و برخورد غیر تنبیهی در قبال رویداد حادثه (0/00=p و 9/40-=t) در ارتقای فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار موثر نیست. نتیجهگیری: اگر مدیران بیمارستان موانع و مشکلات ابعاد ناموثر را برای ارتقای هر چه بیشتر ابعاد موثر مرتفع نمایند، نتایج قابل ملاحظهای در رابطه فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان در بلند مدت متصور خواهد بود.
