ارزیابی عملکرد بیمارستان با استفاده از تصمیمگیری چند شاخصه پویا: یک مطالعه موردی در بیمارستان تامین اجتماعی امام خمینی (ره) اراک

مقدمه: ارزیابی عملکرد، یک مقیاس عددی است که اطلاعات مورد نیاز مدیران را در خصوص ارزشیابی و پایش وضعیت و فعالیتهای جاری بیمارستان فراهم میکند. یکی از ابزارهای ارزیابی عملکرد استفاده از روش پویای تصمیمگیری چند شاخصه میباشد. هدف از این تحقیق ارزیابی عملکرد بیمارستان با استفاده از روش تصمیمگیری چند شاخصه پویا بود. روش پژوهش: در این مطالعه مقطعی و موردی، عملکرد بیمارستان امام خمینی اراک طی سی ماه متوالی که هر ماه به عنوان یک گزینه در ماتریس تصمیم در نظر گرفته شده است و با در نظر گیری 6 شاخص مهم با استفاده از روش"ارزیابی محصول جمع شده با وزن"به صورت پویا با کمک نرمافزارExcel سنجیده شد. یافتهها: نمرات عملکرد بیمارستان افت و خیزهایی در طی زمان داشت ولی به طور کلی یک روند افزایشی در طول سی ماه را نشان داد. بیشترین و کمترین مقدار به ترتیب مربوط به ماههای 27 و 12 بود (0.9577 و 0.5503). علاوه بر این در اسفند هر سال کاهش چشمگیری را نشان داد. نتیجهگیری: روند نمرات عملکرد بیمارستان نشان داد عملکرد بیمارستان مذکور در طی زمان بهبود یافته است. استفاده از روش تصمیمگیری چند شاخصه پویا جهت ارزیابی عملکرد، پیشنهادی به مدیران و محققین آتی میباشد.
