ملخص المقالة :
هدف از این پژوهش، طراحی الگوی صلاحیت فنی مدیران حرفهای فوتبال ایران بود. تحقیق از نوع کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی نظام-مند انتخاب شد. جامعه آماری شامل دو بخش منابع انسانی (اساتید و مدیران) و منابع اطلاعاتی (کتابها، مقالات، اسناد، رسانه-ها) بود. نمونهگیری به تعداد قابل کفایت و با روش قضاوتی بر مبنای رسیدن به اشباع نظری انجام شد (30 نفر). ابزار پژوهش شامل مطالعه کتابخانهای نظامند و مصاحبههای اکتشافی ساختارمند بود. روایی ابزار بر اساس اعتبار حقوقی و علمی نمونه، نظر خبرگان و توافق بین مصححان ارزیابی و تأیید گردید. جهت تحلیل یافتهها از روش کدگذاری مفهومی چندمرحلهای با رویکرد تحلیل سیستمی استفاده شد. بر اساس چارچوب مفهومی استخراجشده شامل 3 کد محوری، 14 مقوله و 67 کد باز بود. کد محوری محیطی شامل سیاسی، اقتصادی، رسانه، سطح فوتبال جهانی، فدراسیون بینالمللی فوتبال، سازمانهای ورزشی و سازمان-های غیرورزشی؛ کد محوری فردی شامل نگرش، دانش و ویژگیهای فردی و کد محوری سازمانی شامل روابط عمومی باشگاه، ساختار باشگاه، مدیریتی و مالی بودند.. با کاربرد نتایج و مدل بهدستآمده میتواند امیدوار بود که تحول شگرفی در زمینهی مدیریت باشگاههای ورزش حرفهای در ایران ایجاد شود و زمینه توسعه کمی و کیفی باشگاههای فوتبال فراهم گردد.
